Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Returns & Refunds - We always hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from Little Me. We can not accept returns on Bespoke / Made To Order / Special / Personalised orders. An exception to this would be if we have not supplied the item ordered, please make sure you have ordered correctly before contacting us. We cannot be held responsible for customers not following instructions correctly when taking impressions, not checking orders or misspelling personalised orders. Little Me charms and cufflinks are hand made and are therefore not machine perfect. The fingerprint shape may not be perfectly oval and is dependent on the shape of the fingerprint mould that you take and send back to Little Me. It is your responsibility to ensure that hands are clean before fingerprints are taken and that any marks in the fingerprint mould from blisters, creases, fingernail indentations or other marks such as those left by fragments of food (crisps and biscuits etc) will be visible on the final product. The definition of the fingerprint in the final product will not be any clearer than the definition of the fingerprint in the mould and indeed with very delicate prints the definition may not be visible at all. By returning any prints, delicate or marked as mentioned above, you agree to allow Little Me to use these prints. The position of the fingerprint and writing on the charm will be determined by the Little Me charm maker according to the space available. If we have made a mistake on your order, please email us at sales@littlemejewellery.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your jewellery for instructions for returning the item(s). As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if it is delivered faulty or damaged.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping - We aim to offer to post out your Little Me Fingerprinting Kit within two working days of receiving your order. Once we have received your fingerprint moulds back we aim to make your item within four weeks. Usually sooner but we reserve the right to extend this to five weeks especially during busier periods such as around Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
All items are handmade to order. If you need the items by a certain date, please check to ensure that we can fulfill in time before ordering.
All finished items for UK delivery will be sent by courier. A signature will be required upon delivery. All items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Postage charges are £7.99 for a next day courier service before 4pm. We will always contact you should an item be Out of Stock. In this instance you will always be given the option of placing the item on back order, choosing an alternative or we will refund your transaction.
Little Me cannot despatch orders to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses. Little Me reserves the right to decline any orders that do not meet their credit card billing criteria.
Your Right To Cancel - You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason prior to the dispatch of the Little Me Fingerprinting Kit. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. In this instance, please follow the guidelines for Returns / Refunds. Once the Little Me Fingerprinting Kit has been dispatched, a cancellation charge of £10 will apply. If you have returned the Little Me Fingerprinting Kit, and we are already working on your jewellery, we regret that the order cannot be cancelled.
Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive within the quoted delivery timescale please contact us on sales@littlemejewellery.co.uk. In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement / refund after 20 working days has passed. This is the time scale for the courier service to classify a parcel as lost.
Retention of Title - The title to all goods remains with Little Me until received by the customer.
Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. In the unlikely event of a return please e-mail sales@littlemejewellery.co.uk or telephone 0844 504 5537 and we will give you return address details. Once we have approved your return request, you will be asked to return the item by insured delivery. We are not responsible for any items lost / damaged in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned, your shipping costs will be refunded.
Distance Selling - By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of products except bespoke artwork, personalised and made to order items. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at sales@littlemejewellery.co.uk then package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to the address given to you when we respond to your email, so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service, with sufficient insurance to cover your the value of your item(s). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. bespoke artwork). As soon as we receive notice of your order cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
